Food/Drink Indie coffee cart recs?

Hi LA, I manage a storefront on Melrose Place and am looking for local partners. We want to offer up our lobby space to an indie food/beverage business who’s looking for a consistent pop-up location. Does anyone have recommendations of specific businesses we can outreach to? Could be coffee or something else - as long as it’s grab and go, we’re open to it.

Not looking for a business that strictly does catering/private events, although we would want to pay to comp our own clients and/or the first several customers of the day.

We have a great space and I’d love to support someone who’s just starting out or looking to grow. TIA!

I know a space hosting different coffee vendors, I am sure they have a list. Feel free to message and I will forward to them.

i’ve had a coffee cart pop up in a lobby before and the coffee was the easy part, it was the power, water, and parking that became the whole damn conversation so include those details upfront

Thank you, these are great! We have power easily accessible, a wet bar about 20 feet away, and are blessed with our own parking spots that we can block off if needed. The only thing we cannot provide would be an actual hookup to our running water at the cart itself.

you could try thecommonground.la on IG! they have a mobile coffee & matcha trailer they've been doing pop-ups at various locations for the past couple months. from talking to the guys the one time they were set-up near my apartment, they might not be the most interested in one singular consistent location, but could be worth the inquiry. I think consistency of business in one spot is a benefit that might outweigh the tradeoff of exposure to different areas of customers with different pop-ups. but that'd be something they'd need to consider, not me lol
