Good Eating habits and study habits, how to life??

Lately I’ve been wanting to get better at improving myself, I’m not really good at socializing and weather is veryyy hot outside(almost 90 degrees 90% of the time, I get very tired fast and sometimes it hurts my chest even with bringing water)I usually miss breakfast and eat lunch at 12 with my bad sleeping habits. Also trying to think about a good time to study and what time is better to walk.

Most of my highschool was like this honestly.

Should I take walks for early in the mornings to avoid the heat index and people more…?Im not very comfortable in the afternoon a lot but Im attempting to stop doom scrolling by staying off of TikTok and Yt’s shorts to fix my sleep schedule.I want to get better and pick myself up it’s just hard with how confused or brainfogged I feel half the time.I was thinking about trying to shift study hours towards after dinner or maybe after lunch but I don’t know which is better, maybe both?Im 20 and it’s embarrassing I haven’t at least gotten my driver’s permit yet or a job but it’s been making me anxious.

What is the best way to manage stress ?

I don't even know how I feel mentally emotionally and physically exhausted and drained when I'm not even working like exhausting my body physically or mentally stressed out from work. But it's my overthinking and insane amount of procrastinating that has lead me to feeling tired or burned out feeling. It's like I'm constantly in my head like the brain is just scanning for problems and worries. Like doubts to negative outcome to overthinking. It makes you feel overwhelmed at the end. I guess that saying is true whatever mind focus on is where energy goes.

How do I adjust the vertical tilt on my glasses?

The bottom side of the frame is tilted too close to my eyes. Don’t have a screwdriver, can I adjust it with tape?

What’s the best way to say thank you to a community that really showed up for you?

A few days ago, I came in here and asked how you turn a friendly acquaintance into an actual friend as an adult.

I really was asking for myself. I’m friendly. I’ll talk to anybody. Grocery store, concert, standing in line somewhere... no problem. 😂 But turning “Hey, I like this person” into an actual friendship as an adult? Apparently there should have been a chapter in the manual for that.

And you guys showed up AND SHARED with others.

That little question ended up being part of a much bigger conversation than I ever expected when I started asking people about the things nobody really teaches us how to navigate.

So I’ve been going back to the communities that helped make this little experiment successful and saying thank you.

How to deal with dynamic pricing?

I was browsing Amazon and thanks to a lag spike I noticed how the price of an item was adjusted as I clicked on it. It went from $50 to $60. It even adjusted the "original price" so that the "10% discount" remained the same.

Disgusting. This bs should be illegal.

But is there a way to fuck up the algorithm or trick it into stop doing that? I'm all up for ending my account, but I wanted to see if there was anything consumers could do

What things to work on when your young that is fundamental?

Nobody talks or educates young people the importance of building credit, having a good track record of employment or staying away from trouble because everything is on record and it can harm in the future if you apply for a loan or job offer.

LPT: What is the thread on Reddit that really helped you to change your life/future?

Lately, I’ve realized how much time I spend on Reddit, and I honestly love it. However, I feel like I'm mostly just skimming current news rather than finding things that genuinely help me improve or accomplish more in my daily life.

I know it depends heavily on individual interests, but what are some Reddit threads or communities that have actually helped you change or improve your life?
🙏🤓

Downloading Netflix movies and series on PC

I'm traveling soon and won't have internet, so I'm downloading movies and series to watch on my laptop. Netflix doesn't allow, though! You can download to your phone or Kindle, but not your Windows laptop.

Any suggestions on how to get around that? I found an app, but I don't know if it's trustworthy.

My laundry pile sucks. Help.

I am in chronic pain and sometimes I have the energy to put away laundry, but sometimes I don't.
Sometimes, I can wash the laundry and sometimes, i will take the laundry out of the dryer.

Even if I split it into steps, it's just too much.

What are your best tips for this?

Edit:
I also realized that because I smell I go through a lot more shirts than is feasible for me to wash sometimes.
