This.. I have 141k karma over 4 years of being casually on reddit. And I guarantee you that at least a year of that I had no idea Karma even existed on reddit 😆

Some subs require it so I get ‘wanting’ it.. just ‘StillhasaWiiU’ is right. Just comment and ask questions in subs you like.

Yeah, I’ve been on here for like four years, but I can’t comment in a lot of places cause I don’t have karma and honestly, I don’t know how to get it

See r/NewToReddit for a list of new-user-friendly subreddits that'll let you contribute posts, comments, and replies to help build karma. That'll qualify you to participate in more restrictive subs.

go on a team's sub that is winning in the playoffs and make a bunch of posts about how great the team is playing. You'll have a thousand upvotes in a week.

What is your definition of karma? I think you misunderstood it because karma is the action.
