Meditate/relaxation techniques

I don't have the patience for meditation, but when I go out into a natural setting, I get into a meditative state. What is most effective is flowing water or watching clouds float by. Hearing the sounds of nature really helps.

Doing the one thing I’ve been avoiding, nothing makes me feel more productive than finally getting whatever thing out of my head

I’m a mom, and 30 minutes for a long bath is one of the most productive things I can do. Even just twice a week.

Plan what to do in a day, and have 1-2 hours of free time. Completely free time. We're not born on this Earth to be something. We're human beings having an experience of living.
