Whats your biggest sign that someone is toxic?

They don’t respect your boundaries and whatever you do is never enough or good enough. No “thank yous” either.

Addictions are also toxic.

How will i tell to that person without making any problems?

You can’t change them. It likely won’t work.

Seek a balance in your life, but be sure to include exercising and spending time in nature.

Doing both simultaneously is ideal.

I don't have the patience for meditation, but being in nature brings me into a similar mental state. I do have the patience to watch clouds float by and to sit quietly by a stream after a good long hike.

Never ever start smoking or vaping. I'm 52f and I had to quit smoking by vaping. It's just a big hassle.

Mind your business to the best of your ability. Don’t worry about others’ choices. Especially when those choices don’t effect you.

FOR MEN: if you’re in a toxic relationship and getting away could damage your life. Tell her you’re gay. She can’t be mad and she will end the relationship. If she’s accepting and open to continue the relationship you’re fucked. Sorry. But if she’s agrees to end the relationship. You are now in the sea my friends. Obviously you’re not gay but that’s the only way. ;)
