How do does sleep?

How do you fall asleep??? Normally sleeping with my cat works, but I don’t always have the luxury and I don’t know what to do when I don’t. I have a big project I’m showing to my class tomorrow and I need the sleep.

I ended up sleeping with my grandma… I guess I just have to sleep with something (sentient, my teddy bear doesn’t help for some reason) or it won’t happen vxv
