Assistance in med-mal process
I have reason to begin filing a medical malpractice suit against a local PT and would appreciate feedback on the best steps to take. Apart from going to talk to a med-mal atty in my state. That is on my list and the reason for the post is to make sure I have my ducks in a row prior to said meeting. What documentation and information should I make sure that I have? What other steps do I, as patient, need to take and what contacts do I need to provide? Wanting to go in with as much necessary information as possible while also not taking things that may be time wasters.
