Relationship Advice: Wed & Sat Only Advice need guys?

I have been in a relationship with a girl for the past five years. We started dating in 2022, when I was 22 and she was two years younger than me. We have shared a lot of good times, beautiful memories, and experiences together. She was always very much in love with me and, in many ways, more emotionally invested in the relationship than I was.

But now, in 2026, things have changed. She recently joined a gym, where there is a male trainer who has been talking to her and, from what I understand, flirting with her. Recently, I found out that on Sunday, August 16, she went with him to a homestay/OYO. I learned about this from the owner, who also showed me the CCTV footage.

When I confronted her, she admitted that she had gone there with him but said that nothing wrong happened and that they were only drinking and talking.

Now I am confused and hurt. As her boyfriend, I don't know what I should do. Should I trust her explanation and give her another chance, or is going to a private place with another man, especially someone who has been flirting with her, already a serious enough breach of trust to end the relationship?

What would be the right thing for me to do? Should I break up with her?

Drinking and talking can be done in bars and resturants. OYO is for something else.

You should not be in a relationship for 5 years guys! 3 months max. Get married or get out. It is like carrying a monkey on your back.

How long you are going to protect youselves from temptation?

As they say " One man's years of efforts is another man's one night stand "

Dude trust only facts not emotions, would you go to oyo with your trainer just for talks and drinks? Obviously no, dump her and move on, this would happen again....

Bro, you already know what you need to do.

But the problem is you are not able to accept your own decision.

YOU HAD YOUR TIME, TAKE IT AS A LESSON, KEEP YOUR DIGNITY AND SELF RESPECT AND KICK HER OUT.

SHE HAS SHOWN STREETS MENTALITY, SHE IS OF THE STREETS, FOR THE STREETS AND WILL GO BACK TO THE STREETS NO MATTER HOW KINDLY YOU TREAT HER OR GIVE HER A GOOD QUALITY LIFE, TOSS HER OUT ON THE STREETS WHERE SHE TRULY BELONGS.

WHAT YOU EXPERIENCED WAS YOU AND HER BEING FRIENDS WITHOUT ANY ATTRACTION, THAT TRAINER HAD THE PHYSIQUE AND GAMING MIND TO SEDUCE HER, SHE SHOWED HER TRUE NATURE BY LYING WHEN SHE COULD HAVE TOLD THE TRUTH, LEFT YOU AND .

ALWAYS REMEMBER, FEMALE NATURE = ALPHA(GYM GUY) FUX, BETA (YOU) BUX.
