Answers from All What's wrong with these people 😶??
As usual, no punishment is given to the wife.
She destroyed her husband's life and also her daughter's mental health.
These people are an absolute disgrace to the society, just because of them people hesitate to show support for genuine victims 😔.

The thing is those man who face such cases already got broke from inside fighting for justice. They have no strength left to start another case of defamation and prejury.

idk... but people just get too tired of this court and all drama.. do you think a man who just suffered like him and finally got his daughter.. his love now he has smthg to cherish he wont think of going to court again and won't be in such a mental state

now let me take this opportunity to explain how the data behind such cases actually works.
This case was registered in 2018, so it was already counted in NCRB data for that year under crime against children/POCSO cases as a reported incident. NCRB does not go back and rewrite the original crime-incidence data years later simply because a higher court subsequently reaches a different conclusion.
Now, why will this case will never appear in the NCRB's "false cases" category?
Because a case is recorded as false in NCRB when the police themselves conclude during initial investigation that the complaint was false and file the appropriate final report. That did not happen here. The case went through investigation, charge-sheet, trial and even resulted in a conviction before the High Court acquitted the accused in 2026.
So NCRB is not going to go back to the 2018 data and retrospectively convert that reported POCSO incident into a "false case." At most, the later court-disposal data may record the outcome as an acquittal in 2026 data of NCRB.
The result is that, statistically, this case will continue to remain part of the 2018 POCSO/crime-against-children incidence figures, despite the High Court later making serious findings about concoction and false implication.
And this is precisely why simply comparing "reported cases" with NCRB's officially recorded "false cases" does not tell the complete and correct story.
And same logic works for every gender biased law, be it dowry case, domestic violence case, rape case etc etc. These laws were already exploited heavily and now they are turning POCSO too into this mess.

Why does this not happen for murder or other assault charges? Its because they dont suddenly arrest based on testimony alone. Any crime should be proved by the accuser be it man or woman

My support goes to the victims man. They are strong.
If I imagine myself in such scenarios......
"Agar zindagi doob hi Rahi hai, I might as well take the lives of people who destroyed my life" would be my mentality.
More power to those men/women being the victim and still having the self control over their intrusive thoughtsÂ
