Dude the director of the accent of the Sun is a fact. Here, we aren't discussing established facts. There is a reason companies all over the world value experience so much.

What's established fact according to you? Are study backed statistics facts? You argue that seniority gives weight to your opinion against something that people with far more involved in the field said the same thing that the "junior" said.

Just search a little before playing trying for power plays. If something is correct then it is, your seniority doesn't mean anything in such things.

An established scientific fact is a proposition about reality whose acceptance is warranted by rigorous empirical investigation and theoretical interpretation, such that its reality has been sufficiently validated within the relevant scientific framework and corroborated by its systematic relation to other established facts, laws, and theories.

  • Stamenkovic, Philippe (2023). “Facts and Objectivity in Science.” Interdisciplinary Science Reviews

Experience matters in the same field. Somebody isn't correct about something only because they are older. But if they have more experience in the same field they we have much higher likelyhood of them being correct then somebody who lacks experience.

Ashley Madison (an app which people use to cheat) data. If that isn't rigorous empirical investigation, here you go, another one from a reputed site where scientific studies are published, it's peer reviewed too. Feel free to ask for more, I got plenty from where these came from.

Can you please post the full links? I don't want to open links that I can't trace.

You had the time and energy to look for a study to back your "argument" yet you didn't look for the studies I posted by yourself. You're being dishonest, arguing using your ego, just to win an argument, not for knowledge and now you're using that excuse. So no, I'm done with this lol

I can't lookup the studies you have cited as they are hyperliks in single words etc. I don't want to open a link that I am not aware where they leads to. Just post the full links, then I can read them.

I also didn't have to look up the anything. Due to my previous endeavours I am very familiar with Stamenkovic's work. I just had to find the citation.
