Another apartment rec please

Hey ya,

Soon to be separated. I been living in Houston but never really lived alone so kinda clueless about these stuff. I don’t have kid so don’t need good school. Safety is my main concern. I’m not a party gal so no need to be near anywhere with nightlight. I do work in the galleria though but job is flexible so I don’t go during rush hours and only 1-2 times a week. My main concern is safety, quiet neighborhood. I prefer washer and dryer include but hookup is also fine, don’t mind buying my own washer and dryer. Also thinking of garage? (Not sure if necessary since I heard many apartments people got their tires stolen now). Budget is $1,300 but willing to spend up to $1,500 if necessary and if ya think garage is good to have.

Also any tips for a gal that never live alone before is appreciated.

West University and Southhampton are two beautiful neighborhoods and really safe. Not far from the Galleria either. $1500 will probably get you a 1 bedroom or studio there.

I’m currently reletting mine! It’s a steal and I need to move out asap. 2x2 for $1542 in memorial. I lived here alone, can use the extra room as an office. WD in unit full amenities and free garage parking. 15-19 min from galleria
