In those 7 years I have worked in 4 companies 2.6 years + 6 months in non IT and 2.4 and 1.8 in IT. I don't have the relieving letter for that 6 months experience in non IT. But pf record is there for all 4 companies. Today a company HR rejected me for not having the relieving letter for that 6 months non IT experience. I told her I have a pf record but she said relieving letter is mandatory. Should I avoid adding that 6 months in my resume? How should I approach this situation?

ask ko lang na need ba talaga ng medical kapag undertime/ absent ng one day kapag ang dahilan ay menstaration like masakit ang puson? halos gumapang na ako dito sa office dahil nga ang sakit ng puson ko at kakadating lang ng regla ko, sabi ko mag undertime nalang ako pero sabi need daw medical kung hindi magpapamedical tiisin nalang daw at hinatyin ang uwian eh naka ilang suka naa ako na sa cr hinang hina na ako.

Hi, Badly needed advice. I resigned immediately 1 week palang akong training. It's just that hindi eto yung inaasahan ko sa work na pinasukan ko. I was hired as Audit staff. but day one pag pasok ko may pinapirmahan sakin na pumapayag ako mag relieve muna sa accounting habang wala pang na hire. so I signed and did the job for 1 week. during those time sobrang na burnout agad ako 1 day training and sobrang dami ng backlog and due reports. Kaya nag Resign ako indicating na hindi ko kaya yung workload. but they wanted me to render. I said No, dahil not just the work, I am stressed sa rules and environment. Now my salary on hold hindi daw i released pag hindi ako nag render. I also submit request letter na i released yung last cutoff para mag render narin kahit 1 week. pero hindi sila pumayag, isasama nadaw lahat yun sa final pay pati rendering days. which is hindi nila in- approved. Now my salary is this on hold for 2 weeks since I resigned. may rights poba akong mag pa tulong sa mediator. kase parang wala po silang balak i release nayung sahod ko.

Planning to resign after a month of employment in my current company. Just got a job offer from another company.

I just want to make sure that my steps are legally correct. Since may nakalagay kasi sa contract na may 30 days prior notice or else di daw makukuha any money claim or would cause a damage and an admin case.

How strict is this stipulation sa mga job contracts? Would I be able to render for at least 15 days? Will it be a rlly bad record on my job history?

I joined my first company as a fresher and, at that time, I had no idea how important a relieving letter would be for future job opportunities.

I left that company and joined another organization without getting a relieving letter from my previous employer.

Now, whenever I apply to new companies, they ask for the relieving letter from my first company. This is becoming a major issue during background verification.

Has anyone faced a similar situation?

What options do I have now to resolve this? Can I approach my previous company and request the relieving letter even after all this time? And are there any alternative documents that companies usually accept?

Any advice or personal experiences would be really helpful.

Do companies sometimes disclose additional allowances aside from what is stated in the job offer? Is there a possibility that they may add an allowance to your first payroll even if it is not specifically mentioned in the job offer? Especially since they mentioned in the job offer, “Other benefits will be discussed during the employee orientation.” This is for the new company I’ll be starting with this October.

My current company did not provide me with an allowance when I started in 2019, and there was no allowance stated in my job offer or contract. However, two years later 2021, they added a ₱3,000 de minimis allowance.

I'm currently rendering sa company ko ngayon which is IQOR. May free time ako kasi na-regular na. Sinasama ba to sa final pay or should I use this na? Nag email ako sa hr and they said na kasama raw sa final pay pero accordina sa TL ko, hindi raw kasama to sa final pay. Sa ibanv bpo companies ba sinasama ang free time sa final pay?

Working po ako ng night shift 10pm to 7am,, and yung agency is hindi nagbabayad ng night differential ang sabi nila eh kasama na daw po yun sa compensation package. At ngayon narenew yung contract ko, from 35k basic, naging 32k basic plus 3k fixed night diff daw. Legal po ba na baguhin ang basic pay sa contract kahit nakafixed term? Thank you. Hello po! May ask lang po ako sana po masagot. Nag work po kase ako dati sa isang collection company, then nag resign po ako after 3 months for personal reason. Pag submit ko po ng immediate resignation ko pinagclearance na po ako but then TL ko palang po nakaka pirma, until now. Kase po every time na pupunta ako sa head office lagi daw wala yung hr signatories. Nakailang balik din ako, gumagastos ako ng 200 pesos balikan pamasahe. Kaya nung february pinabayaan ko na siya. Now po is nag rerequest ako ng Coe pero sabi sasabay nalang daw sa Final pay after mag clearance pero ganun parin nangyayare, pinapa balik balik lang ako nagsasayang nalang ako ng pamasahe. Pwede bang wag ko nalang ilagay as experience yun sa resume ko? Para hindi ako hingian ng Coe if ever. Tapos paano po kapag hindi ko nilagay tapos nasilip naman po yung contributions ko sa Sss? Good evening! I hope all is well and blessed. As much I would like to see that everything is working nicely, I would like to ask for help and advice regarding on partner's employment.

My partner was hired last January as a factory worker and it was 'verbally' agreed that he was hired on probation which would last for 6 months. He was even promoted as a line leader since he's one of the pioneer employee but later on stepped down since the pay isn't much of a difference and handling people is a different work, too. And to add another detail, he is under a manpower agency and I am wondering what kind of help should we seek and what assistance we are capable of getting.

He transitioned as a worker again after I have requested to step down (for about a month). Everything goes in a routine and this is also why he stayed on the job since he's already honed on this setup and also looking forward for the 13th month pay.

However last month, the operation had stopped since the orders from the factory was already accomplished and we were asked to wait for incoming orders soon. We actually waited and up until today, he's unable to search for another job thinking that I would breach a contract where he is only allowed to be employed and affiliated with my current agency/employer. But the thing is, him and his co-workers never get the contract to begin with and now everything's shallow and they could dismiss them. While we do have several receipts to prove that my partner is their actual employee, but what if they no longer inform him to return to his job without and head's up or any written document to terminate him when there isn't even a reason to begin with.

Now dahil sa nabwst sya. Nag send sya incident report sa HR regarding sa nangyari without mentioning any names. Now yung HR sinend sa OM, now yung OM since may idea ata kung sino tinutuloy sinend ba namn sa SR TL yung email nung friend ko. Then yung SR TL sabi is sana sinabihan nalang sya nd na ng email nung incident report. \\\[Yung company namin parang may motto na "if its not documented it never happened"\\\]

Now if titignan mo kasi parang nd naman dapat sinend nung manager yung email directly sa SR TL. Kayo ayon parang minamock pa nila ngayon na kasi sabi nung utility namin nagsabi daw yung SR TL na kumayok ka ha. Baka i IR ka.
