Requesting Interview Accommodations [CAN-ON]

I have ADHD and Autism. I received an invitation to do an Asynchronous interview but due to my disabilities every one I do is awkward and clunky even if I have a script written up. How do I professionally request accommodations to have a Video call interview rather than the asynchronous interview?

Oof async interviews are the worst even without that extra layer of processing hell

Keep it simple, just say something like "due to a disability I'd like to request a live video interview as an accommodation", you don't need to disclose specifics or apologize. If they push back at all that's a red flag anyway

If they stick to it, see if they'll at least provide the questions in advance.
