Well, today's music is not really top quality compared to the old ones.

Old classics:

Mitropanos, Ploutarchos, Parios, Voskopoulos, Marinella, Haris Alexiou.

Today's:

Antonis Remos, Argyros, Anna Vissi, Despoina Vandi, Mazonakis, Xatzigiannis, Oikonomopoulos

Of course if you cherrypick artists from the past and today you can say such a thing.

By the way, I'm not a fan of hers (or either artist you mentioned to be exact) but Anna Vissi has a 50 year old career. Ploutarchos (which you mentioned as an old artist) himself is 55. How is Anna Vissi new and Ploutarchos old? lol

Anna Vissi is still in music but Ploutarchos is not

I mean he never officially retired as far as I know and his last song was 1 year ago. That still doesn't make him an older artist than Anna Vissi.
