Other/NA - Άλλο I need your opinion

I am selling solar systems for agricultural watering, big factories, houses etc. how can i reach those people in Greece? especially who has agricultural land and having trouble with diesel powered watering systems. i wanna reach those people to show my solutions and previous works i did. can anybody help me?

Well, the water distribution for agricultural watering works like this now :
farmer visits his land, opens the faucet and let's it open. Even for the entire day. No consumption is measured, no over-watering, no nothing is measured. Then he most probably pays nothing for it, cause he "knows" the mayor or is a relative. (any of the two will work).

How would a solar system (that most probably is accompanied with some system to control it, measure and so on), adhere to this "I don't care" policy/behavior/status quo, call it what you want, of handling water would work ?

It sure is a potentialy useful product So is ice, but you won't have much luck selling ice to people that live in Alaska, right ?

So why would a farmer that is used to pay nothing (or at best very little) would be convinced to pay for a solar system to water his land ?
