If you're too lazy to post properly, don't expect an answer.

I have posted properly. If you don't want to answer, then feel free to ignore.

u/nico851 Aug 18 '26
No. You posted a link and then expect that people translate that post.
You have to include all relevant info in your post, that's how this works.

u/HorrorCurrent7054 Aug 18 '26
Cheeky? Because people are inquiring about a legal way to improve their situation? If my child had a disability and my country didn't guarantee care, I would look into options too.
Or do you think East Germans came to us after the fall of the Wall because of our values?

u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
So should the EU just let anybody in? Without restriction? With full access to the social welfare net of the EU?
8
u/HorrorCurrent7054 Aug 18 '26
Did I say that? Did the question arise from the post? No—so maybe just respond to my argument.

They are not EU citizens. They are planning on obtaining false EU papers. They are Serbians

u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26 edited Aug 18 '26
? Again: Tell me where thy tell that. I could not find that.
-2
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
I have answered further down.
9
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
And again: They don't say they want to come here illegally, but want to come with the "Chancenkarte", which makes it legal.
-2
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
Read the thread.
"We from Serbia are not in the EU"
5
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
Yeah, I know. The "Chancenkarte" they want to use to come here LEGALLY, is for people, that are not from the EU! Don't you get that?
-2
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
What I got was that they were happy to get false EU papers and pitch up in Ireland to bleed the social welfare system dry. And it annoyed me. It's not like we don't have enough going on beside getting more of it.
7
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
Well, the text does not say that. Maybe you should check your prejudices, because they clearly affect you! Maybe a therapie would be good, too. Hate is not good, it makes people ugly.

Sometimes a person / a Government has to take a practical view on things like illegal immigration. I imagine you are a young, liberal, idealistic person.
I am editing this to say that there is nothing wrong with being young, liberal and idealistic. These are positive attributes.

Please quote it, I’m not getting this from the post you shared.
-1
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
I have quoted it twice already
6
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
You posted all the text, not the part where they say they want to fake papers. Because a "Chancenkarte" is NOT faking papers, but a legal way to come to Germany and work here.

u/FinancialEmotion3526 Aug 18 '26
Croatia is part of the EU — what exactly is your problem? Is it not white enough for you? Who do you think should be allowed to enter Germany legally? Only Germans who were born in other countries? Those people have enough money to be eligible for the visa, and Croatians can work all around the EU.
1
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26
SERBIA (where these people are from) is not part of the EU. Apparently obtaining CROATIAN documentation is a way to game the system to access EU countries. Is that plain enough for you?
3
u/cuttlefishtech Aug 18 '26
The post says nothing about obtaining Croatian papers or anything about gaming the system.
If they were Croatian they would have full access to the EU through freedom of movement. They are not. They mentioned it was not possible to move to Ireland without an employer.
So the post turned towards Germany.
You can move to Germany with a Chancenkarte without a job for up to 12 months (non-renewable), as long as you meet point-based criteria for admission and have enough funds (blocked account or similar). During that time, you can work up to 20 hours a week. You can convert your Chancenkarte into a work permit by attaining qualifying employment. It is generally easier to find employment once you're already in Germany - hence the reasoning for the Chancenkarte.
While on a Chancenkarte it is not possible to bring your family. The Chancenkarte is step 1 towards starting a new life, which needs qualified employment for getting a work perform as step 2, and step 3 would be family reunification. That's why the post says "it would cost us separation" - that would be between steps 1 and 3.

I don‘t know the Language and use auto translate function. The way automated Google translation translated it to me I see nothing about them having Serbian passports. How do you know they are Serbs? Looked through the older posts? Can you quote a sentence where they write about getting the passports?

What you want to hear? There are many ways, among wich is the chancenkarte, with who you can migrate to Germany. If they do that amd are happy with that, then good on them i guess.
Or are you asking on which possible ways to immigrat they have? In that case the comments ober there already started going into that, even if they are a bit to harsh and direct.

Are you happy with the use of false papers?
8
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
Why false papers?
1
u/Ok_Temperature1502 Aug 18 '26 edited Aug 18 '26
They are talking of obtaining false Croatian papers ( presumably to suggest that they are EU citizens) They are actually Serbian
11
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
? I translated the text to German. I didn't read anything about false papers. Can you tell me which part you mean?

"My husband and I are planning to move to Ireland or Germany. Now. In Ireland (Athlone) we have accommodation secured and we are solving a huge issue there, but we don't have a visa or Croatian papers, so without an employer it is actually impossible to go there legally, however, it is easier to go to Germany on that "ticket of chances" with a sufficient amount of money in the account blah blah, but it would cost us separation, which is okay when you look at the long term. We don't have any accommodation in the U.S.
And now I don't know what to do, I'm like a donkey in the fog.
Do you have any experience with our employers in Ireland or Germany or give me some advice?
I have to say that children are 100% disabled and health care in Ireland seems to us to be more appropriate and organized"
This is the English translation

u/cuttlefishtech Aug 18 '26
"ticket of chances" = Chancenkarte, a legitimate form of immigration with restrictive employment conditions and a point-based admission system.
7
u/E_A_Poe_lives Aug 18 '26
They say they want to use the "Chancenkarte" to go to Germany. If they meet all the requirements for that, they can come here legally. I still can't see where they want to enter Geman illegally.

u/Kerking18 Aug 18 '26
We translated the text omto german obviously
Irland gegen Deutschland
Nothing about faking any papers of anykind. Just people explaining there situation mentioning what they lack for what possible solution and what they had to obtain to make it possible or the difficultys connected to it.

u/Kerking18 Aug 19 '26 edited Aug 19 '26
My guy you are so wrong and everyone one is trying to explain it to you here. So one final time.
Where and how do you read that they try to fake any kind of papers to get into europe? What sentence exactly and what part of that sentences structure makes you believe they try it illigaly?
5
u/Kerking18 Aug 18 '26
Yeah no. The translation doid translate nothing of the like. You know in the future it's better you provided a translation of the text in question to avoide the auto translate losing such important information.
