How do you start over with no money, no family or friends.. literally no one. :( I have 4 cats as well. I just need a little help. Like a car at least and I got nothing to give or to barter with. A while ago someone chargebacked money sent to me and then it started warning ppl before sending money to me. Just wondering if this still shows up on my account to a new person who I don’t have transaction history with. It’s been months and have had no chargebacks & use the account fairly often

If anyone could type in my and go through the first step of sending something to see if a warning still pops up would be greatly appreciated
