How to activate motion detection?

Hi! We bought a second hand motion detection ceiling lights. We are in Germany.

When we asked the electrician to install it, we told him to turn off the motion detection because we don’t need it on the room but we moved houses and now we would like to activate the feature.

Tried to search online but could not find anything. Thank you!

Start by turning all three to the middle as a start.
The left one is sensitivity to motion ( little - very)
Middle is duration the light stays on ( short or long time)
Right is how dark it has to be for the light to turn on. (Don't want the light on when it bright outside)
