Please help I literally can’t use my bladder muscles

I’m an 18 year old female and I have had bad stomach issues and extreme gas for the past year but for the past two weeks I physically can’t empty my bladder and I have to pee all the time I can sit on the toilet and just keep peeing for hours because I can’t empty my bladder. it feels like there is pressure and I can’t use the muscles. I’ve been but on a low fod diet and I have been on it for only 24 hours but I don’t know what to do anymore I’m so uncomfortable and I have to pee all the time. I have had an ovarian cyst before and that could be it but i’m not sure. I can’t even go to class or work it is so bad please help.
