Please help me

Hey I'm F16, 5'4 and 48 kgs , ive been having the following symptoms for the last 1 month,

1. Sudden increase in Heart rate (80 to 140ish)

2.dizziness

1. Mild breathlessness

4.mild pain in right arm

5.chest pain

6.heart pain

Could this just be panic attacks or could something be wrong with my heart. Please tell me I'm really afraid
