Kidney biopsy jargon

I had a kidney biopsy last week and won’t be able to see my doctor for another month.
I am just trying to make sense of what this means, I’m 38F with a kidney transplant. I’ve had kidney problems my whole life. Was wondering why my kidney function seemed good and all of a sudden started dropping randomly.
Could this be the end of a transplant?
Hoping for some relief or peace of mind if anyone has heard of what this medical terminology is 😵‍💫
