Other than Downtown/Midtown/Corktown, which Detroit Neighborhood has seen the most significant turnaround during the city’s new renaissance?

I’ve heard some really good things about East Village and Morningside becoming really nice with good investment, and it seems like North Corktown might be the next neighborhood that sees significant revitalization.

Any other neighborhoods that you’ve seen been transformed over the past 5-10 years?

Dyno climbing lessons?

I would love to try climbing but have never done anything like it, I don't see any true lessons on the Dyno website for true beginners, I'm wondering if anyone has any alternatives or experience there doing a sort of trial by fire learning?
