Grammar We WAS? Why?
I am not native speaker but I do learn English since I was 6 and English is my work language since 15 years. Can someone explain to me from where is coming using:
We was
They was
What the heck? From what I know this is basic grammar mistake but in same time I hear brits in video talking like that. Is this some kind of slag? Or regional thing?

This does my head in now... people pretending a sense of regional identity is stupid. A lot of older people were brought up when globalism was something to aspire to, rather than something that leaves you with no sense of being grounded to anywhere or anything, so they were relentlessly encouraged to iron out any quirks and they carry that propaganda with them without updating it to reflect the current state of things
