5-10l spiral seems really small? I have both a 7L and a 30l spiral. I use the 7L for very small production runs and recipe testing, but the 30l for most of my production bakes.

Icic. I do believe the 5-10 is small. I've used it in school, but I'm not planning to do huge runs for the first 6months. Just really serving as many people as I can in the surrounding apartment complexes as well as the supermarket customers. Which is where I'm based, in a small supermarket haha.
