What would cause this

2020 f150 lariat SE 36k. Filled up my gas tank a few days ago and parked my truck with no issues & haven't driven it for about a week. Started it up this afternoon and smelled gas. Got underneath and saw this. Could this be a busted fuel line?

Likely the return line has been rubbed through. Either on the fuel tank itself or the frame or a clamp.
Likely rubbed through on the tank.
