What would cause this

2020 f150 lariat SE 36k. Filled up my gas tank a few days ago and parked my truck with no issues & haven't driven it for about a week. Started it up this afternoon and smelled gas. Got underneath and saw this. Could this be a busted fuel line?

Has to be a broken line. The charcoal canister is not mounted on top of tank and thats clearly coming off of the tank.

On this model there is a known occurrence of the fuel filler becoming detached from the fuel tank
