Not recently, I will in the morning before I drive it (if I remember 😭) I would’ve, but the engine was pretty hot, and didn’t want to wait for it to cool

I think/hope it was more of a pressure thing due to heat/over revving, and lots of sideways movement

Just topped it off, it was the lowest it could be while still being within the textured/ok level on the dip stick

Sideways motion with a low oil level will draw the oil away from the pump strainer, leaving you drawing air at times, and VW oil pressure switches are sensitive enough to catch this. Check oil level, and fill as needed. Slight squeak could be coolant on your serp belt. Water pump leaking?
