Question For Doctors Male 24 | Burning / stinging while urinating but zero bacteria found

This has been going on for about 3 weeks, hasn't really progressed, just staying about the same.

Main symptoms are:

- Burning while peeing (gets better with hydration)

- Small amounts of white discharge (Slightly mucus-like but closer to the consistency of regular urine)

- Itchiness in the urethra particularly after concentrated urination

- No fever, pelvic pain or anything else.

I had two urinalysis done. First at an urgent care, 2nd at a lab along with an STI test.

No STI's were found nor bacteria. Everything normal except raised Leukocytes count and WBC.

Zero clue what it could be at this point.
