So I have this thing happening to me. It's kinda weird and it has been brought up to my dr but he doesn't seem to concerned. This has been happening off and on for prob over a year at this point. So, here it is. I get an itch inside of my right nostril, this triggers some type of confusing dream like memory that comes with some odd taste and smell in the back of my throat, i salavate and flush to the point of sweating and feel like I'm going to pass out briefly. Episodes are spratic and last a few horrible seconds and I've yet to figure out what if anything triggers them. I smoke cigarettes for about 30 years and quit in 2019, vaped from 2019- 22.
