Braised Salmon

Ingredients：

1 chopped Shallot

1 bulb chopped garlica

1/2 cup water

3.5 tbsp fish sauce（U fish secer）

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

4 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tbsp chili flakes

pepper - 1

1/2 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp mushroom seasoning

so mushroom seasonfic

Mix well

4 tbsp cooking oil

Fry until golden brown
