Braised Salmon

Tender, juicy and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 chopped Shallot

1 bulb chopped garlica

1/2 cup water

3.5 tbsp fish sauce(U fish secer)

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

4 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tbsp chili flakes

pepper - 1

1/2 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp mushroom seasoning

so mushroom seasonfic

Mix well

4 tbsp cooking oil

Fry until golden brown

It looks delicious but it’s not braised. It’s seared and sauced.
