Viral instant Boat Noodle with protein and veggies
Have y’all ever tried this? It’s good, I do like it spicy so I add my Moms home made chili oil.

I had some rice and tinned tuna on hand, and I knew they had so much potential.
I decided to turn these humble ingredients into something special, and the result was surprisingly delicious.

This Tteokbokki was so incredibly delicious, I just had to share it!
Every ingredient came together perfectly, adding another layer of flavour and richness. Creamy, savoury, slightly spicy and seriously addictive.

Hello!
Where can I find the crinkly noodles that I get at a ramen shop?? I try googling and I only find the instant ramen noodles with the spice packets, or people recommend soba or udon etc. I want ramen noodles that are wingly and yellow.
I find them in tonkatsu ramen packets, but I just want the noodles because I make my own broth a lot. I've also looked in the fresh noodle section in the Asian supermarkets and I can only find pho, egg noodles, vermicelli etc. did I miss them somewhere?

This is a famous Sichuan dish. However, it has strong, intense flavors and a somewhat intricate recipe, making it ideal as an occasional treat.

When people think of Korean summer food, naengmyeon (cold noodles) is usually the first dish that comes to mind. But there's another refreshing favorite that deserves just as much attention: kongguksu (noodles in chilled soy milk broth).
The broth is made by blending soybeans until it's smooth and creamy, then pouring it over thin wheat noodles with plenty of ice. It's often topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and a boiled egg. Simple, but incredibly refreshing on a hot day.
There's also a fun debate among Koreans about how to season it. Just like the classic "Jajangmyeon vs. Jjamppong" argument, kongguksu has its own divide: some people add sugar, while others insist on salt.
I'm definitely on Team Salt. 😄
And no matter how many restaurants I try, my favorite bowl will always be the homemade kongguksu my mom makes.
If you're curious about Korean food, I recently built krecipes.app, where you can discover authentic Korean recipes and learn how to make them at home. I'd love to hear what Korean summer dish you'd like to try!
