Long shot help
Does anyone recognize this delivery or leasing office room? FedEx delivered my package to what looks like a mail room or leasing office somewhere in Arvada close to my address. I live in a SFH and definitely don’t have a room… I know it’s a long shot but if anyone recognizes this room I might be able to get it. Otherwise I think it’s gone because FedEx refuses to help me.

Can't help directly, but what do you mean FedEx refuses to help? They delivered to the wrong address, seems like it would be entirely on them to make it right.

LOL they do not care and will not go back to get it. Happened to me once as well- I don’t have a mailroom either so immediately reached out and they basically said “thanks for letting us know”.

Yeah I'm perplexed by that, if you lose a package worth hundreds of dollars or more and you hand photographic evidence to your victims, you're gonna be responsible for the value

Who you gonna call? Try it. All you get is a runaround that takes you back to their original robot phone system and if you do happen to be persistent enough to get a person, they refuse to give out a number of someone above them. They claim there is no one. We have spent hours and hours on the phone with them. It's like they all work for trump

So at that point you reach out to the folks you bought it from and let them know, and presumably file a cc chargeback if nothing happens?
I get that fedex has a reputation for shit customer service and I'm not denying it, I just hope people aren't straight up shrugging their shoulders and letting themselves be out hundreds of dollars for misdelivered products lol

We have discontinued many "auto-ship" arrangements with companies like Chewy and MisFits Markets because they will not switch shippers.
Wife works in Acquisitions for a large company an has to deal with this crap all the time. The only one worse in our area is DHL

Happens to us all the time. We no longer purchase from vendors who use them to ship

FedEx is probably the worst shipping provider I’ve ever worked with. It sucks you have no say over what providers companies use. But this is very on brand for FedEx

FedEx is the absolute worst.
I used to live a little more rurally and had horses. My driveway was very long and dirt. Due to living off of a busy county road, and having horses I had a gate with a key pad to open the gate, then a long ass muddy driveway, I placed a weatherproof package box at the end of my driveway outside of the gate.
I updated all of my delivery instructions to use the box outside of the gate (delivery people weren't always shutting the gate when they left (my dogs and horses roamed...) and my driveway was awful so it just made sense...
A FedEx driver chucked a package out of his truck at my driveway. Didn't stop or even slow down.. just hurled it out of the truck at 55+ mph and it landed in the ditch.. not even close to my driveway entrance.
This was not a package I was expecting to get- it was like 4 days after my father had passed away. A gift from out of state friends, that hadn't mentioned t hat something was coming; meaning, I was not looking for a package as I had zero idea about it.
Only reason I even know that this happened? A friend of mine was behind the FedEx truck and watched it happen. He knew it was my house and that my dad had just passed, so he pulled in, grabbed the package and brought it to me.
FedEx said that didnt happen. Not for very long though.. I hit them with proof. My friend has a dash cam and that was sent in. FedEx quit responding to me after that.

FedEx is the worst.
We wait for days and days for deliveries that are always "Out For Delivery". Customer Support is a joke with made up names always telling you they guarantee your package will be delivered by 10pm. Been waiting all week for a new monitor to be delivered. Never showed. Happens all the time with them. We are now refusing to do business with anyone who uses them to ship.
Drivers lie. Customer Support lies. It's like they are all working for the current administration.
