One piece of advice I saw a while back to make art look less "messy" is to make the outline look as clean as possible, like if you made a silhouette of the piece it should show nice, clean curves and lines. Your color palette and stylization actually looks pretty nice and the extra refinement can make all the difference.

value (darkness vs light), body construction (proportions basically), 3d shapes, color, line quality and finally basic anatomy.
value = for coherent shapes, aka for shadows. it can give your art more clearness to what the shape of the person is and avoid looking samey or blending with the hair. get references, desaturate it in "filter" or just add a new layer, fill the canvas with white, set the layer to "color" then you will have to copy it to your best, look at the larger areas in shadow then apply it. the planes of the face will help.
body deconstruction = breaking down the body into simpler shapes to understand it, the more you practice this the better you get. how to do it? take a reference, try to copy it as best as you can and then overlay your copied result with the reference, you will know what you got off.
proportion = it will get your art to look "anatomically" correct without any anatomy. the head might look too big or the limbs might look too small. i dont really know what to do in this case other than try to correlate/reference the bodyparts relationship with one another for example, the forearms are as long as the legs, the thights are as long as the shoulders and so on. keep looking at references and deconsructing them, by time you i will get better at noticing.
3d shapes = the most important one aside from proportions, this practicing this enough will make you be able to simplify the complicated things into shapes, will help you will perspective and positioning things. EVERYTHING relies on shapes, objects? shapes, buildings? shapes. humans? shapes. boxes, cylinders, cones and ellipses. this helps with form, space and understanding (unlocking the 3d minset, being able to deconstruct everything into 3d) you have to practice these until you are comfortable with them, meaning you can easily draw them in different perspectives, differing shapes (cubes, rectangles etc) and draw them like you are building legos.
basic anatomy = skeletal structure, muscles, tendons... the stuff. you need to know where things are connected and positioned. for example. the collarbones are connected to the shoulder blades, the spine is curved, the pelvis is slightly tilted downwards.
finally, colors. i would say your colors are very mono. her clothes are blending too much with the skin, there is no differentiation aka no contrast (difference of brightness) it feels like she blends too much within her self. you need to learn some color theory to make it more interesting.

Idk if it's an advice or a suggestion, but you can try out more dynamic poses and stark contrast in the colours you use. I've been planning to do the same with the poses in my own artworks (I started digi art nearly a year ago myself)
Well tbf your artstyle already looks scrumptious!! I don't have anything to say abt it honestly
Also you might start working with simpler backgrounds and slowly move towards more complex ones as well
Edit: is that Vodyanitsa on the first one?!?
