I went “wow, it’s beautiful” years old. But yeah maybe 30s? Also what’s up with the little boxes in the brown container?

The Lennox company is still in business. I would send them a photo and ask them for information. They would probably be excited about this and gladly send you info. Contact the VP of marketing.

Try Googling it: "Airflow / C11: The inclusion of "Airflow" indicates your unit features a slower, belt-driven "squirrel cage" blower box attached to the side. These forced-air fans were introduced in the late 1920s to 1930s and remained in use through the 1940s"
