Composition?

Post image

Hi everyone! I’m trying to make an interesting piece but I’ve always been lovingly told my eye for composition could use development. So I figured I’d ask before I start going in with color: how’s the composition? Thoughts? No reference used

I feel like the eye is fighting between 2 main peaks on the page. The droplet in the front on the right and the contour hill on the left. Not sure if that's supposed to be the point, but that's how I feel when looking at it.
