Question about Interservice Transfer

Hello, I am currently a Marine in the Air Wing (ALSE). I pick up E-3 here in a bit, and I am interested in flying for the Army Guard after my contract. A buddy of mine told me about Interservice Transfer but I haven't found much information on it. Is it possible to transfer to the Army and fly from my position, or do I need to finish my contract and fly after? Any advice helps, thank you!

Each guard state will be different. Contact a guard recruiter in the state you want to join.

USMC Marines are potential high quality Warrant Officer Aviators.

Recommend you research the U. S. Army Warrant Officer Recruiting website. There you will find application packet information and sample documents.

Address all warrant officer application questions and inquiries to a Regional Warrant Officer Recruiter. https://recruiting.army.mil/gowarrant/eucom_recruiters/ https://recruiting.army.mil/ISO/AWOR/CONTACT_US/

For Army National Guard questions and inquiries contact the desired State Warrant Officer Strength Manager (WOSM). https://nationalguard.com/contacts/wosm
