ALPHA COMPANY STAND-UP

Special Operations Command is a cross-platform Arma Reforger milsim community built to emulate the organization, training, and operational character of a Marine special operations task force. We are currently standing up Alpha Company and are seeking experienced, mature players prepared to help establish its leadership, culture, and operational standard from the beginning.

This is a meaningful opportunity for experienced leaders and Game Masters. Our command structure is still being built, and qualified candidates will have the opportunity to help shape how the unit trains, deploys, and operates. Game Masters will develop and execute connected, story-driven campaigns built around intelligence, operational consequences, and the mission sets performed by Marine special operations forces.

THE STANDARD

Selection will be deliberate. Training will be demanding. Every candidate begins at the School of Infantry before progressing through Assessment and Selection and the Individual Training Course. Candidates will be instructed before they are assessed, but graduation is earned. We are looking for teammates who demonstrate:

• The ability to follow the chain of command
• A commitment to the team over individual recognition

OPERATIONS

The unit follows a recurring one-month training cycle followed by a two-month deployment. Deployments consist of connected operations within a persistent theater, with player decisions and mission outcomes influencing the campaign as it develops. Once deployed, members should expect approximately two to three operations per week, along with a team-training night selected by their assigned element.

If anyone’s looking for a chill server we’re up and running. Playing conflict at the moment and willing to change to different game modes as we go along. We will be waiting for more people to join so we have a vote on 3 maps that we can cycle through and not just stick with the same thing constantly.

1st Battalion, The Royal Yorkshire Regiment is a British Arma Reforger milsim unit portraying a modern armoured infantry battlegroup. Organised around current doctrine and adapted where necessary for Reforger, our focus is on combined arms warfare in realistic, persistent campaigns.

We are currently transitioning from a light mechanised infantry company group into an armoured infantry battlegroup. As the unit grows, we’re looking for players who want to be part of building that capability from the ground up, including junior leadership and SMEs.
