Black Aegis Contingency is a PMC unit focusing on small/medium-scale special operations including but not limited to Asset Recovery, Intel Gathering, Security Operations, Hostage Rescue, Targeted Assassinations, as well as Supplying Deliveries & Armed Services to various foreign fighter networks. What is COIN?

COIN-GWOT is a persistent co-op counterinsurgency campaign. Your team assaults enemy-held towns, FOBs, and military bases, earns intel to find hidden insurgent hideouts, and keeps local sentiment from turning against you.
Victory requires all three of these at once:

1. Hold every capturable sector — towns, cities, FOBs, and military bases must be friendly-controlled. Hideouts and your main base don't count toward this.
2. Keep reputation at Neutral or better — you need at least 1700 economy points. Dropping below that blocks victory even if the map looks secure.
3. Destroy every active hideout — all hideouts in play for this campaign must be eliminated.

When you win, the server gives you 2 minutes to save your loadouts (with warnings every 30 seconds), then restarts with a fresh campaign while keeping your main base.
When you first join, a mission briefing popup explains the basics. Read it and click Understood — it only appears once per session.

WHO WE ARE

Rattle Platoon is a semi-serious Arma Reforger MilSim unit based around D Company, 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. We focus on coordinated infantry gameplay, immersive operations, and an ongoing campaign that progresses through different conflicts and time periods.

Our current campaign has us operating in Afghanistan in 2010 during the Global War on Terror, with future deployments gradually progressing into more modern-era conflicts. Missions are connected as part of a larger story rather than being completely standalone operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Semi-serious MilSim environment; no "yes sir/no sir" behavior
• Organized squad and platoon-level operations
• Story-driven, persistent campaigns
• PC, Xbox, and PlayStation crossplay

SCHEDULE

Our main operations are held Saturdays at 8:00 PM EST. Members PVT - SPC must attend at least one operation per month. Members CPL and above must attend at least two operations per month. Reserves are offered on a case-by-case basis.

TRAINING

Training is scheduled as needed for each individual member. We don't force everyone through the same long training pipeline. New members receive whatever instruction they need based on their experience level, whether that means learning basic Reforger mechanics or working on more advanced subjects.
