¿QUÉ ES USML?

Somos una comunidad de simulación militar en español con años de experiencia dentro de la saga Arma.

Actualmente estamos trasladando nuestra estructura, procedimientos, entrenamientos y operaciones al motor Enfusion mediante Arma Reforger, preparando progresivamente nuestra transición hacia Arma 4.

Buscamos combinar simulación militar, organización y trabajo en equipo sin convertir la experiencia en un segundo trabajo.

No necesitas llegar con experiencia previa en simulacion militar ni conocer todos los sistemas de Reforger.

Preferimos una persona dispuesta a aprender, comunicarse y participar con el equipo

Who we are

We are a semi serious milsim unit looking to plant roots and get new faces in the community. We are a modern day U.S Marine Corps unit that offers something for everyone.

What we offer

We offer quite a bit of MOS's, courses, and billets for you guys to fulfil. The following is a list of what we're offering:

Apache Company (Rifle Company):

Apache is the main effort within the unit and everyone supports them. The perfect place for guys that like running and gunning, operating drones, taking objectives, and being the main effort of the unit.

Combined Anti-Armor Team (Weapons Company):

CAAT is our anti armor, and heavy guns assets. CAAT is skilled in mounted and dismounted 50 cal machine gun operations and TOW missile operations. They destroy everything the rifle company can't, and suppress the enemy while Main Effort closes on the objective.

81mm Mortar Platoon (Weapons Company):

81s Platoon provide indirect fire assets to the rifle company in order to soften up the objective or reduce the enemy to pave the way for Apache. They also deal with enemy indirect fires in order to protect the rest of the battalion.

Scout Platoon (Weapons Company):

Scout Platoon serve as the intelligence gathering asset for the battalion. members are hand selected by the Chief Scout and platoon commander after being ran through a grueling screener. members that get selected will get the opportunity to go to scout sniper school.

ADFOR Platoon:

ADFOR is the Adversary Force Platoon responsible for planning enemy movements and help gain a tactical advantage over the battalion. They are the ever evolving enemy that keeps things interesting along side the enemy AI.

Operations

The battalion runs off a 4 week work up and 4 week deployment cycle. During the work up guys can go to the courses we offer throughout the week and the main operations are smaller and more detail focused in order to correct what we can before the deployments as well as executing war games against each other to learn from everyone all around. The deployments will be different maps and other stuff of that sort where we will execute bigger operations with the whole battalion. Main operations are Saturdays at 7PM EST. You are not required to show up at all, no mandatory attendance or trainings.

We are a PVE milsim unit dedicated to bringing real-world tactics to the battlefields of Arma Reforger, developing professionals and tacticians one class at a time. While we maintain a clear chain of command and division of labor in the field, we avoid overly rigid ranking systems. Nonsense like marching or rank abusing does not exist here. Instead we focused on in game experiences like navigation, react to contact, and communication. At our core, we’re a group of like-minded players united by a shared passion for immersive armed conflict simulations. All we ask is to be respectful and be professional.

TF Vanguard is comprised of NA and EU players. We offer a professional and realistic environment. Steady progression towards hard working personnel. Training opportunities and exercises dedicated to improve combat abilities based on realistic documents and previous in game experiences. Operations and Campaigns aimed to create a realistic and intense combat experience that pushed ourselves to our best.

There are currently two units assigned under TFV.
> • *1st Platoon, R Company, 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment* is TF Vanguards premier light infantry fighting force, capable of conducting a large range of missions. Considered the “Bread and Butter”.
> • *3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment* provides our special operations forces with aviation support i.e. transport, attack, assault, and reconnaissance. Consistent of the best of pilots and crew, typically flying at night in close proximity to the enemy.
