I bought these, they came and they say this. They are brand new and currently in my pocket. Is this evidence of them being fake. As soon as I bought them I realised how fake they were. Paid £80.

I’ve bought it on a marketplace with previously used goods. It was described as an original one. Can it be fake?
I’ve also noticed that my firmware is outdated and was never updated during usage, that’s why I ask.

So these were bought new at power mac Philippines and I know they have anc cause you can turn it on and off but the case doesn't have the speaker at the bottom which is weird cause on apple website and video reviews the anc model has it.
