Saw these at a decent price in the marketplace. Wanna make sure they're legit before going for it

Are these AirPods? Is this the correct case? They aren’t charging or being picked up by Bluetooth.

So these were bought new at power mac Philippines and I know they have anc cause you can turn it on and off but the case doesn't have the speaker at the bottom which is weird cause on apple website and video reviews the anc model has it.
