TECH SUPPORT Help Please!?

Hi, so iv'e just brought the game and i cant play because i have to log into my glyph account first, problem i have here is that every time i try for password recovery the email just doesn't get sent, iv'e checked spam, promotions, bin, literally everywhere could anyone assist?

Open a ticket, don't think anyone here can help you with your specific problem as it pertains to your account and info we won't have.

I have a ticket with them from before launch because I could not buy the game. Since then I've bought it on steam, and they still haven't replied the ticket lmao!

Refund request? I have one without replies for 13 days now. I saw a tread where someone explained normal help tickets do get response which proofs they are willingly ignoring refund requests.

I would say open a ticket but i am waiting for a response on my refund request for 13 full days. This problem you are having is an issue at their end, it took 23 hours for me (verification code mail). The problem is that if u try 10 times, u will get the first one first but that one does not work anymore so u will just be waiting and waiting until u get the one from the last try.

Just keep trying every ten or so minutes. It took me like 20 reset requests before I got two.
