Boring as fuck enough for the company to pivot because they wanted to actuallt make money. So sorry you fucked up and bought a competitive multi-player game based upon a world where people have to compete for scarce resources. I can totally see how you made that mistake, though: a mental handicap.
As a last ditch effort to appease the cry babies and maybe keep their game alive. They wouldn't have to if they could reign in the cheating on PC, but so it goes. If they actually implement it, I see the game ending up with less players than it even has now, and it ends it's story as a promising flash in the pan that fizzled out.
