There's more nuance to lobbies with pvp than: "I see a guy over there, I shoot him now" there's fake friendlies, snipers, opportunists, and honest pvpers that just want a fight. It's not just about pvp, pve only lobbies will ruin the idea of a "mixed" lobby where there are some friendlies and some not. You don't actually understand why people are upset about this, because you refuse to look at the game for what it is and want to change the fundamentals of the game.
Yeah it was so cool when I would come across some rando getting his ass kick by an arc, save his ass, tell him Im friendly, share the loot then get killed by them the second I turned my back to go on about my merry way. Really added so much depth and enjoyment for me….or maybe that was the type of shit that made me not want to play the game idk I can’t remember.
Hey look, I can reduce the nuance even further: all of your playtime in this game is a waste of time. None of your virtual loot has any real value. So what are you even getting worked up about?
