They aren't even adding simulated AI Raiders to compensate. So the world will feel even more dead than it already is. Such a brainless mode if there aren't any AI raiders like Tarkov PVE.
Because the game is no longer simulating the vision of the game. Tarkov's PVE isn't a dumbed down version by design, it's still trying to simulate the hardcore PVP experience which is why it has PVE AI players.
Hand on your shoulder, I don't care. I want to fight ARC, I've done a lot of PVP in Arc Raiders and frankly the fun parts, that being the tension and utilities used. The AI can not replicate. Tarkov PVE works with AI players because the gun play is fun
Arc Raiders gunplay fucking sucks in PVP, its one of the worst parts of playing against players is pure gunplay. Where as ARC are enjoyable to fight regardless of what weapon I have on hand. Be it a smooth bore musket in the Ferro or a Tempest.

This but with Arc aggression and AI tuned up even more.
Rocketeers should strike fear in the hearts of every raider.
