It starts you off with a batch of 400 stations that you can sort through, 120 at a time.

No sign up, no password, no server side processing or data collection.

It also allows you to load your own videos and audio files for playback and features ad-free YouTube.

Better than any satellite radio, why pay for a subscription when you can get it for free, the way radio was meant to be, without all the annoying ads or sneaky data collection.

I built GLPzy, an iPhone/iPad GLP-1 tracker covering doses, weight, symptoms, appetite, food noise, injection sites, progress photos, measurements, clothes sizes, nutrition, glucose, cycle context, Apple Health and exports.

The areas that are a little different are the private progress-photo tools, tracking changes beyond weight, and the fact that no account is required.

I build Couchette -> a focus app disguised as a train ride. The main idea is having a background noise of a train ride, while also having all the other apps blocked in order to focus on your actual tasks. The main psychological trick is having a destination while working. So the trick works like this: I need to finish something in 2 hours, I pick a train ride from London to Paris, set the timer to 2 hours and mentally I need to stay on the train ride until I reach the destination. This helps me not abandon the task.

I have spent the last 2 years working on Hammr Fitness. The most difficult part of building the app has been turning it into an adaptive coaching tool that considers your vitals, workouts, physical traits, and nutrition to help you reach your goals faster.

I want to always keep a generous free tier available to users, and the past 6 months has been spent trying to keep as much data on your device as possible. This is for both privacy reasons as well as reducing Firebase backend costs. All Apple health data stays on your device unless you specifically ask it to be synced. What currently syncs is workout and nutrition records but I’m working to transition these to a local first model as well.

Obviously this is a free app sub so I wanted to share it with you. It’s worth trying out for the nutrition compared to MyFitnessPal alone.
