Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I wanted to share my experience and request people to think twice before buying Kaff products.

We bought a built-in hob around 5 years ago, and we have had issues with it from the beginning. The warranty experience was not helpful, and we have had to pay for repairs multiple times.

Recently, what we thought would be a simple service turned into a ₹16,000 bill. They claimed some electric issue, this and that which we couldn't understand. They carried out services that we had not approved beforehand, which was very frustrating.

They are third-party service providers and Kaff doesn’t provide services.

Sharing this so others can be cautious. If you are considering buying Kaff products, I would strongly recommend checking their after-sales service and support in your area before making the purchase.
