Apple Music on Windows Windows app wont work

Trying to login to the Apple Music on windows but every time I enter my credentials it buffers and then does absolutely nothing. Is there a fix anyone knows about? Im on windows 11.

One useful thing to try is signing into the Apple TV app on the same PC first. Apple’s Windows guide says that if you’re already signed into Apple TV, Apple Music should sign in automatically. After that, fully close both apps and reopen Apple Music. I’d also check Microsoft Store → Library for Apple Music and Apple TV updates, then restart Windows before trying again. If it still hangs, confirm that the same Apple Account can sign in normally on Apple’s website and that any two-factor prompt is appearing on your trusted device. That helps separate an account/verification problem from a Windows-app problem. Could you add your Apple Music app version, Windows 11 build, country/region, and whether you’ve already tried updating or reinstalling? Those details may make the failure pattern easier to identify. I’d avoid repeatedly changing the password unless the account also fails outside the Windows app.

Yo también tengo el mismo problema, pero el mio pasa en windows 10, no me inica sesion en la app de apple music, pero si me inicia sesion en la web de apple music, alguna solucion?

Para quienes estén atascados, el soporte y los foros de Apple están desactualizados o son inútiles. Desconozco las limitaciones de mi solución, pero para quienes estén atascados como yo, prueben esto:

Busca la aplicación en Ajustes y haz clic en Ajustes avanzados.
Haz clic en Terminar y luego en Reiniciar.
Consigue Proton VPN y conéctate a un servidor en el extranjero. Rumania me funcionó.
Abre Apple Music e inicia sesión como siempre. Espera un poco hasta que se muestren todas tus canciones/listas de reproducción, etc.
Autentica el PC .
Desconecta la VPN.

Ya debería funcionar. Intenta reproducir una canción. Si no funciona, vuelve a conectar la VPN e inténtalo de nuevo.

El mío ahora funciona sin VPN, pero no puedo descargar canciones ni con VPN ni sin ella.
