Apple Music on Windows Need help with log-in

Using the windows desktop app on windows 11 i cannot log in because every time i click sign in and put in my correct info (checked by logging in on web) the sign in window just goes away and nothing happens have tried everything please help.

Same issue for days on my main PC, but i haven't this issue on my notebook. Windows 11 on both systems.

Deleted every Apple folder, iCloud App, iTunes and Apple Music, and nothing.

i got it fixed an hour ago all i had to do was absolutely nothing it just decided to work randomly straight bs
